Work Performance, Anger Management Ability, Resiliece, and Self Compassion of Clinical Nurses

Purpose This study is aimed to identify the influence of nursesâ anger management ability, resilience, and self-compassion on their nursing work performance. Methods The included 220 nurses from 5 hospitals in Gyeonggi-do who consented participate. Data were collected July 20 August 20, 2019. It was conducted that Descriptive analysis, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression, ANOVA, ScheffeÌtest using SPSS 25.0 program. Result nurses' performance showed positive correlations with self-compassion. Factors affecting resilience (β=.46, p<.001), total experience (β=.22, p=.014), current department (β=.17, p=.009), ability (β=.13, p=.026), overall explanatory power these factors 54.6%. Conclusion experience, important variables nurses. To enhance clinical nurses, it necessary develop implement training programs educational help them manage ability.
